Job Title: Hardware Asset Manager


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Asset Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of hardware assets within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data centers, routers, switches, and Cisco technologies, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow and SharePoint.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track hardware assets, including data center equipment, routers, and switches.
  • Ensure accurate inventory and lifecycle management using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to maintain and update hardware assets.
  • Utilize SharePoint for documentation and asset tracking.
  • Implement best practices for asset management and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and asset availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of hardware assets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hardware asset management within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data centers, routers, switches, and Cisco technologies.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
