Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook at Phoebe's Restaurant and Coffee Lounge in Syracuse, NY. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards. Duties include setting up workstations, stocking ingredients, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.


Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, Food Preparation, and Cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in food presentation
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Food safety and sanitation training/certification
  • Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
