Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization
- Ensure mail is properly packaged, labeled, and sent out using the appropriate postage methods and delivery services
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of mailroom supplies such as envelopes, postage stamps, and packaging materials
- Maintain and upkeep mailroom equipment
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant mail experience
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
