The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Apps. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps applications.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft products such as Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
  • Build Power Apps using Canvas, Model-Driven apps, and Portals.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Apps applications.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Provide technical leadership to junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in the development process.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Power Apps solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of Power Apps solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure that all solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Proven experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services preferred.
  • JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Certifications:
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) are preferred.
