We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern. This position is based at our Middleville, MI location. Additional tasks and responsibilities include:


Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and orientation of new hires
  • Administer time and attendance
  • Benefit administration
  • Administer employee placement
  • Maintain HRIS system, reporting and employee files
  • Execute policies and procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality


Qualifications

  • Currently attending college/university for a major in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Knowledge of time and attendance administration practices
  • Expertise in documenting and streamlining administrative processes
  • Ability to quickly grasp and implement new ideas, concepts, and programs to improve department efficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills with thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Access, Oracle experience a plus
