As they continue to grow, we are searching for an Architectural Project Manager to join their growing team and contribute to their ongoing success.


Job Description:

The Architectural Project Manager role is pivotal, providing technical support to the Sales Team while overseeing projects to ensure timely and precise execution. Our mission is to deliver exemplary Accuracy, Communication, Urgency, and Execution throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:


Pre-sale:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, sales, and corporate teams, fostering clear project concepts, design development, CAD drawings, cost estimates, and sign-offs.
  • Identify and address concerns related to site conditions, design validation, and change orders.
  • Maintain rapport with clients to ensure clear project scopes and deliverables before final sign-off.


Post-sale:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating efforts between internal teams, sales, and clients.
  • Contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of project status updates to clients and the sales team.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring positive post-sale experiences and standing behind our work.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts and documentation with internal teams, clients, sales, and logistics partners.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of practical experience in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related Project Management field.
  • Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate excellent client relations and consultation skills.
  • Exceptional prioritization, project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD and Sales Force preferred.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents.
