They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Downtown Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects across a spectrum of industries and complexities, from conception to completion. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout the project.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including public and private, corporate, cultural, education, entertainment, and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
