As a Process Technician you will perform Injection Mold operations and die changes while functioning as the team lead for Molding Operations.

What your day will look like:

  • Collaborates on scheduling and assisting with mold/machine preventative maintenance.
  • Operates injection molds and performs die changes.
  • Manages resin/components inventories.
  • Ensures compliance with mold, machine, and material capabilities.
  • Conducts regular troubleshooting of injection molding processes and equipment.
  • Executes daily production tasks and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Sequences production orders to meet customer requirements.
  • Proficient in programming ABB, Sepro, and Wiley robot systems.
  • Ensures accurate completion of required documentation.
  • The work environment includes exposure to manufacturing floor elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and varying temperatures.


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum: 3-5 years of injection molding experience, with 1-2 years as a process technician.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of injection molding experience, with 3-5 years as a process technician and 1-2 years of paint experience.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus.
