Job Responsibilities

  • Receive timepiece orders and assist in the process of getting pieces to the proper store locations
  • Communicate with Management and Ownership on orders as necessary
  • Keep appropriate documentation for all brand ordering, allocation of pieces, and information on timepiece warranties
  • Work on vendor portals to assist in placing orders if needed for the brand
  • Complete all data-entry for pieces as it pertains to receiving shipments
  • Complete any clerical/admin work as necessary.


Requirements/Job Skills

  • Must consider yourself a self-starter/proactive.
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize/time management skills.
  • Analytical forward-thinker.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft office is a must.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible with schedule and available on weekends.
  • Open to working for a fast-growing family-run business.
  • Experience in retail, specifically working with watches, is an added bonus but not required.
