Key Responsibilities:


  • Set and maintain high culinary standards for all dining and catering services, ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation meet Health Department and Bon Appétit standards.
  • Train, inspire, and develop the local culinary team, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
  • Lead initiatives for Corporate Social Responsibility, health/wellness, seasonal menus, and culturally accurate cuisine creation.
  • Develop strategic food planning and guide culinary leaders, ensuring authentic food procurement and high standards.
  • Continuously analyze operations, implement improvements, and solve problems professionally.
  • Master daily menu items to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Culinary degree or Bachelor's in Food Services Technology/Management preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
  • Strong catering experience and event planning skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for quality and innovation.
  • Knowledgeable in food trends, cost control, and sanitation standards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • ServSafe® Certification.
