Position Overview: We are seeking a talented MLOps Engineer to join our elevAIte team at iOPEX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning operations, with experience in deploying, managing, and scaling AI models in production environments. As an MLOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our AI solutions.

Experience Range: 3-5 Yrs Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable ML pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.

Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and software developers to integrate ML models into production systems.

Automate the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML projects to ensure rapid and safe deployment of models.

Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies for continuous improvement and retraining.

Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations throughout the ML lifecycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML model deployment and operation.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MLOps, applying new techniques and tools to enhance our platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and deployment tools.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust.

Good Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC

Excellent experience setting up kubernetes clusters on-prem and in any of the clouds (EKS, GKE etc.)

Experience setting up CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Github, GitLab CI/CD).

Good Linux Scripting skills

Experience of any one infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation etc.).

Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to newer technologies both open and closed

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Experience with feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.

Experience with Ray framework for Model Serving and Training

Experience with Flyte for Workflow orchestration
