Our client is a Commercial General Contractor that provides CM/GC services to the Colorado Front Range, Rocky Mountain region, and neighboring states. They’re looking to add a commercial focused Estimator to their team based out of Dacono, CO.


Terms: Direct Hire with full benefit package

Salary: $80-100,000/year

Location: Dacono, CO


Responsibilities:

  • and maintain workload charts and bidding/project lists
  • final bidding, tab sheet reviews, and sub/supplier selections
  • and execute proposals for negotiated and hard-bid projects
  • of providing accurate and detailed cost models, budgets, spending forecasts, and schedules for developer’s pro-forma
  • of developing complete and competitive GMP/GMAX proposals
  • between current and future client, architects, engineers, and other strategic partners
  • of leading OAC meetings during pre-construction and finalize deals
  • bidding of all projects. Review estimates and make required revisions to submit competitive and profitable proposals
  • clients with pro-forma negotiations
  • departmental staffing plans to manage workload and accommodate successful growth


Requirements:

  • years of experience in commercial or multi-family construction estimating
