Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive testing and complete all related documentation in line with established protocols.
  • Utilize calibrated measurement and electrical/mechanical test equipment to carry out necessary tests, ensuring safety at all times.
  • Examine product details, documentation, and technical specifications during testing and inspection phases.
  • Prepare and arrange test equipment properly, ensuring safety and accuracy of test outcomes.
  • Liaise with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to gather essential technical and quality-related information.
  • Adhere to detailed instructions provided in procedures, blueprints, datasheets, and related documents, following the company’s Quality Assurance standards.
  • Offer technical support to customers and staff as needed.
  • Assist in the technical training of colleagues when necessary.
  • Analyze test data to confirm compliance with the criteria outlined in relevant procedures.
  • Execute required testing and inspections both on-site and remotely.
  • Oversee warehouse maintenance, ensuring a tidy workspace and adequate inventory of supplies.
  • Finalize all documentation following testing and inspection activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to provide updates and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure product traceability and maintain the organization of storage and warehouse/lab spaces.
  • Manage inventory at various locations, both on-site and off-site.
  • Carry out repairs and modifications on components and assemblies according to specified procedures.
  • Generate non-conformance reports as needed.
  • Integrate electrical and mechanical components or panels in accordance with provided drawings and schematics.
