I am currently hiring for a Tech Lead within the Software Engineering team of a growing business in Boston who are disrupting the Data & Analytics market.


We're looking for someone to work at an lead level and take the SaaS platform to the next level. The product is built on AWS and engineers work with the likes of Python, Django, React and more to achieve their goals. The type of work will include building new features for their SaaS platform, where they have created two products which work hand-in hand, implemented into other businesses internal systems.


Skills required include:


  • Familiarity with building SaaS products in a highly regulated environment
  • Ability to work with Python, Django, Javascript and more development tools
  • Experience or ability to learn DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, CICD etc,
  • A strong bias towards automation, coupled with good judgment to recognize when automation is the wrong choice
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile development process
  • Great techniques to deliver high quality software
