Role Description

This is a contract role for an Omnichannel Techno-Functional Business Analyst at YemPover Inc. for our Client located at Minneapolis, MN. The Business Analyst you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions across various channels, including CRM systems like Salesforce, field-facing technology solutions like Showpad, and marketing technologies. You'll leverage your expertise to understand how data can be harnessed to generate insights that better serve our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of omnichannel strategies, CRM systems, and marketing technologies, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a hybrid role, based in Minneapolis, MN, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years’ experience working with commercial technologies and field facing solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Familiarity with field-facing technology solutions like Showpad or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, and digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM systems like Salesforce, marketing technologies and other field facing technology solutions.
  • Analyze data to generate insights that drive omnichannel strategies and improve customer experiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize omnichannel solutions.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of CRM systems and other technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
