We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to oversee operations at our esteemed physical therapy center. The Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the facility, managing staff, maintaining quality patient care standards, and driving business growth. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage daily operations of the physical therapy center, including scheduling, patient flow, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to healthcare policies and procedures.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high morale.

Patient Care Excellence:

  • Monitor patient care activities to ensure adherence to treatment plans and quality standards.
  • Address patient concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective patient scheduling, billing processes, and business development initiatives.

Strategic Planning and Growth:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and increase patient referrals.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, billing practices, and other legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in healthcare management, preferably in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare management software.
