Copywriter

Our SaaS client is looking for a Copywriter with 3+ years' experience for an immediate part time contract that is ongoing; experience in the SaaS or tech industry required for this role. Projects could include sales pages, landing pages, emails, promotional copy (end of season sales, product launch copy) and social media copy


Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit copy for marketing content for use across owned channels and collateral. This content may include but is not limited to: sales pages, landing pages, emails, promotional copy (end of season sales, product launch copy) and social media copy
  • Work closely with copy and internal teams to plan and develop content to engage customers and boost awareness
  • Scale content programs and work with internal/external partners and subject matter experts to define and drive key messages for content and improve content creation efficiency to support team/campaign goals.
  • Assist as needed on other marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns.
  • Apply current and evolving strategic content principles across industries; contribute to strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure content is written in accordance with the Brand guidelines.
  • Follow production/project deadlines and communicate progress with the team.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Writing or related focus
  • 3+ years’ experience as a copywriter for marketing materials. Preferably at an agency and/or with SaaS or tech experience.
  • Strong writing samples
  • Top-notch technical and creative writing skills.
  • At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide robust writing samples.
  • Analytical and strategic copywriting skills.
  • Experience with SEO
