Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft patent applications from invention disclosures
  • Prosecute patent applications with the USPTO
  • Collaborate with inventors and technical experts in the electrical/electronic, AI, and semiconductor fields
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on IP strategies and technology protection


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications
  • Strong technical background in electrical/electronic technologies; exposure to AI and semiconductors is a plus
  • Admission to the USPTO bar
