This role involves supporting attorneys by drafting, reviewing, and revising documents, organizing and assembling information, e-filing, and providing administrative oversight for a variety of matters for the Firm’s water district and other land development clients.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Board Meeting Management: Prepare for, attend, and follow up on board meetings, including preparing and posting agendas, meeting documents, and minutes, as well as handling post-meeting tasks.
  • Construction Contract Administration: Review and manage construction contracts, including bond and insurance reviews, contract progress tracking, and closeout procedures.
  • Public Securities Documentation: Prepare documents related to the issuance of public securities (bonds).
  • Real Estate Conveyances: Handle real estate conveyances related to public infrastructure projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Administer and track compliance with federal and state regulations.


Required Qualifications

  • College Degree
  • 3+ years transaction law experience
