Job Description:

A customer of Insight Global is looking for Install Technicians to support their customer base on site in East St. Louis. These individuals will be responsible for working with the customer base in the local area to install home security systems at various residence locations in the local territory. They will utilize their customer service skills to work directly with the customer setting up their new system and getting them cell phone access to the company application for their security system. This individual must be comfortable using their personal vehicle to go to and from the customer sites to the shop location and will have onsite training at the start of their employment.


Compensation:

$19/hr to $21/hr


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
