We are a a dynamic Westford law office, is looking to complement its current team with a talented junior or mid-level associate. The ideal candidate would have broad experience with a variety of real estate practice areas, including conveyancing, leasing, municipal permitting, litigation, condominium or landlord tenant matters.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse range of real estate practice areas, including conveyancing, leasing, municipal permitting, litigation, and condominium or landlord-tenant matters.
  • Take on significant responsibility and challenges from day one as a committed and versatile self-starter.
  • Deliver on the mission of consistently exceeding client expectations.


What we are looking for:

  • Juris Doctorate and admission to Massachusetts Bar (dual MA/NH Bar admission preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate and/or litigation matters.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Preferred court experience attending hearings in Superior, District, Housing, and Land Courts regularly and with minimal advance notice.
