Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer with a background in MEP, construction, HVAC, and piping design to join our expanding Enclosures Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing enclosures using AutoCAD 2D and 3D, with SolidWorks experience being highly desirable. This role is ideal for both experienced engineers and recent graduates with relevant internships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom enclosures for commercial and industrial applications, focusing on MEP and HVAC requirements.
  • Create detailed CAD designs using AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
  • Utilize SolidWorks for advanced design and optimization when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide technical input to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, assembly instructions, and test reports.
  • Support the construction and installation process by providing technical expertise and resolving design-related issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in MEP and HVAC systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience or internships in MEP, construction, HVAC, and piping design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
  • SolidWorks experience is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to MEP and HVAC systems.
  • Experience with enclosure design for commercial and industrial applications.
