About The Opportunity:
 As a Customer Success Implementation - Integration specialist, you will ensure our end users are fully trained and able to maximize the value of our products/services. As the primary point of contact during the onboarding and implementation phase, you will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience. Reporting directly to the Customer Success (CS) Director, your contributions will be critical to our continued success and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Responsibilities:
 * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in customer success, customer implementation, or professional services.
* Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
* Technical proficiency with the ability to understand and explain complex products/services.
* Excellent administrative, time management, and communication skills.
* A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
* Ability to develop creative solutions and adapt to change with minimal resistance.
* Strong influence skills, with the ability to convey positive messages and viewpoints clearly.
* An entrepreneurial spirit, with the hunger and drive to succeed and foster the same ethos in teammates.
* Guide end users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
* Work closely with Sales to tailor our solutions to each customer's unique business needs and provide targeted training.
* Deliver in-depth training sessions to end users on our products/services.
* Craft and execute detailed project plans, including implementation schedules and training timelines, with clear milestones and deliverables.
* Maintain alignment and provide regular updates by working alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Technology teams.
* Partner with the CS Technical Specialist to enhance training materials and formats for better client learning experiences.
* Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address and resolve any client concerns.
* Monitor and report on the attendance and engagement of training sessions.
* Flexibly switch between virtual or onsite training methods to accommodate stakeholder preferences.
* Solicit and compile client feedback during the implementation phase to guide solution and service improvements.
* Share insights and feedback internally to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Continually seek ways to improve the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of the implementation process.
