LOCATION: On-Site Preferred (Will consider remote with travel to HQ in Southern California)

COMPENSATION: Although we are seeking a consultant-to-permanent role, we are open to a permanent position for the right individual. Compensation will be competitive for both the consultant and permanent roles, with a competitive benefits package for the full-time position.


At AMADA Senior Care, we seek to enrich the lives of our clients, their families, our staff, and the communities we serve. As a Medical Staffing Expert you will initially serve as a consultant by helping us to refine the medical staffing program we've created. Although we have many of the pieces of the puzzle formulated, we need an expert to help us put the pieces together and refine the process so we can roll out a "fully baked" program to our franchise system. If you prove to be a great fit from a work-product and cultural standpoint, there is a strong probability that we will invite you to join our team on a full-time basis to help facilitate the rollout and support structure for our franchisees. This is a very unique opportunity to utilize our staffing expertise to because THE subject matter expert for our national franchising system


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance regarding our medical staffing initiative.
  • Work with multiple departments including Sales, Training & Support, Marketing, Accounting and others to ensure the seamless integration of our staffing initiative.
  • Help to create the launch plan for our franchise system, including elements such as webinars, beta test support, ongoing program support, document creation, webinars, and more.
  • Advise regarding potential licensing and HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate with senior-level executives and internal experts on all matters relating to staffing.
  • Be open to learning new elements of the non-medical homecare space such as placements.
  • Ability to innovate, analyze and solve problems with minimal supervisory input, anticipating and identifying potential business risks and making recommendations to management, as appropriate.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in medical staffing
  • Experience with non-medical homecare in either a franchise or non-franchise setting is a BIG plus
  • Strong knowledge of applicable terminology and understanding of healthcare roles and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to teach how to effectively match medical professionals with appropriate senior care services
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
