Inside Sales Representative, Inland Fuels

Inland Fuel Terminal’s is looking to add an Inside Sales professional to our Wholesale team. This position will be responsible for assisting the team with sales support, pricing analysis, setting rack pricing, and order taking utilizing our online purchasing platform.


Responsibilities:

- Provide support to outside sales representatives

- Maintain good business by creating and promoting a strong and lasting relationship with customers understanding their needs

- Supports organizational success with timely communication and coordination with other sales team members

- Develop and maintain practical knowledge and complete understanding of all aspects of Inland’s fuel supply daily duties which include but are not limited to administrative functions, nighty pricing, billing, credit, and logistics & deliveries

- Must remain flexible to work outside normal business hours

- Identify opportunities through other external websites and resources to assist in growing the business within existing customer base and new customers

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

[2-5 years] of proven inside sales experience.

Strong knowledge of the oil and propane industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in using excel.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
