We are a privately held, award-winning retirement plan advisory team in Providence, Rhode Island (part of a national organization) providing fiduciary retirement plan & investment advice to hundreds of employers and tens of thousands of employees, primarily in New England, particularly Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We support plan sponsors in understanding and managing their fiduciary responsibilities to their plan and employees. The Role Offers:

-The key responsibilities of:

  • Client Relationship Management & Plan Consulting:

Build, maintain, oversee, administer & operate retirement plans.

  • Primary point of contact with 35+/- assigned clients.
  • Use your knowledge about fiduciary plan governance, investments, recordkeeping, employee education, and compliance.
  • Liaison between service providers and client as a leader in proactively consulting & solving problems.
  • Fiduciary-always operating in the best interest of clients on fixed fee model.

· Use of your fiduciary skills in meeting with clients to review plans and investments.

Our Requirements:

a. An individual who is a self-starter, organized, and aligns with our goals, mission and values.

b. Bachelor’s degree, 5-10 years of related Plan Consulting and Investment experience, excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and detail oriented with a focus on getting things done. Able to handle all aspects of servicing clients. Active series 7, 63,65 licenses. Knowledge of ERISA.


c. A knowledgeable, passionate, service-oriented leader who wants a nurturing culture and a career with us. A relationship builder who is proactive and client-centric.


This is not a remote job, it is in-person with some limited flexibility. The office is in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. Clients are located primarily in New England, primarily Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
