Responsibilities:

  1. Assist and support lawyers in various assignments.
  2. Manage email correspondence and liaise with different departments.
  3. Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
  4. Analyze and process complex expense reports.
  5. Update client/matter lists and contacts.
  6. Handle annual mailings and route correspondence.
  7. Format, edit, and transmit documents.
  8. Proofread all work produced.
  9. Screen and transfer telephone calls, relay messages.
  10. Manage conflicts reports and new business forms.
  11. Coordinate client billing.
  12. Enter and finalize time entries.
  13. Maintain lawyers' files according to records management policy.
  14. Support visiting lawyers and clients when necessary.
  15. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  16. Work harmoniously as part of a team.
  17. Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate commitment.
  18. Maintain a safe and organized work area.
