STONE Resource Group is partnered with a leading company in the Telecommunications industry looking to add a Traffic Control Drafter to their team. This hybrid, contract-to-hire opportunity offers a chance to work in a leadership role with advanced technologies and directly impact organizational change.


Project Overview/Impact on the Organization:

The Traffic Control Drafter will be responsible for preparing Traffic Control Plans using AutoCAD, communicating with clients and internal teams, ensuring quality control, and training lower-level drafters. Their work will have a significant impact on project efficiency and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AutoCAD to prepare Traffic Control Plans
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Establish quality control processes
  • Train lower-level CAD drafters
  • Contribute to project aspects


Must-Have Skillsets:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Leadership abilities
  • 2+ years of AutoCAD experience
  • Knowledge of traffic control and permits
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Nice-to-Have Skillsets:

  • Telecom industry experience
  • GIS software knowledge
