Immigration Paralegal

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal at our firm in Buffalo, NY. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing legal documents, researching immigration law, analyzing immigration needs, and managing visa appointments at U.S. Embassies and Consulates. You will work closely with our clients to navigate the complexities of the immigration process and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.

• Strong knowledge of immigration law and experience in handling immigration issues
• Proficiency in preparing legal documents related to immigration, such as visa petitions
• Familiarity with various visa categories and their requirements
• Excellent research skills and ability to analyze immigration needs
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
