**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients.

- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and skill deficits.

- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior plans.

- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as needed.

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client records and progress reports.

- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and related fields.


**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical or school setting.

- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Passion for helping individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
