We have partnered with an exciting cell therapy company in Cambridge, MA, to search for a Director of Tech Transfer to lead projects across improving efficiency within Tech Transfer processes and improving overall operational performance.
This role will offer you the opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal time in their growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead Operational Tech Transfer for commercial product lines, working closely with internal and external cross functional teams.
- Provide expertise, leadership and guidance for GMP compliance and corporate quality governance.
- Coach, Mentor and Lead project teams focused on Tech Transfer.
- Maintain and/or establish compliant manufacturing policies, procedures, and electronic records.
- Compliantly and reliably transfer operations and procedures that will meet or exceed compliance and regulatory expectations in audits. Oversee and ensure on-time implementation of corrective actions as applicable.
You will bring the following:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Biopharmaceutical sciences or similar life science discipline, along with significant industry experience leading Tech Transfer projects for Biopharmaceutical or Cell Therapy manufacturing processes.
- Experience working in GMP manufacturing for Biologics, Vaccines or Cell Therapy is essential.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for Biologics and Pharmaceutical manufacturing will be required.
