Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, with specific expertise in META (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The primary goal of this role is to drive high-quality traffic to our landing pages and convert prospect clients into booked first visits at our health and wellness centers.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across META (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Create and maintain ad campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.


Ad Creation and Management:

  • Write compelling ad copy and creative that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing and high-converting ad creatives.
  • A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continually improve performance.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, META Insights, and other reporting tools.
  • Provide detailed analysis and insights on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Regularly present performance reports and strategic recommendations to the marketing director and other stakeholders.


Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different platforms and campaigns.
  • Monitor spending to ensure campaigns are within budget and adjust bids to maximize performance.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and budget recommendations based on campaign performance and business goals.


Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

  • Identify and define target audiences for campaigns based on market research and customer insights.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and relevant ad experiences.
  • Use advanced targeting options on META and Google Ads to reach potential clients effectively.


Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey from ad click to booked visit.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our campaigns competitive and innovative.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC campaign management, specifically on META (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of successful ad campaigns with measurable results in the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, META Insights, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ad strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Certification in Google Ads and META Blueprint is a plus.
