Job Description:

The Role: Hardware Management team in supporting a new product introduction. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Hardware Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth handling and allocation of Hardware allocation and delivery during a high-volume ramp. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work closely with cutting-edge technology.

The Person: The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative. You should have strong problem-solving skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A strong commitment to teamwork and adaptability in a fast-moving environment will make you successful in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Hardware delivery to global teams utilizing proprietary management software system while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Oversee the physical handling, unboxing, and careful management of Hardware assets.

• Understand business needs and time-sensitive priorities to ensure on-time delivery.

• Monitor inventory and provide updates to the team on the status of hardware deliveries.

• Assist with data entry and reporting using Excel, ensuring accurate and clear records.

• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Quick thinker with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

• Experience with Excel or similar tools for data entry and analysis.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.


Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in inventory management or logistics.

• Familiarity with handling sensitive or high-value materials.

• Basic understanding of internal order management systems.

• This role requires full on-site presence.
