Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Jewelry Store Director/Manager at Schiffman's Jewelers in Lexington, KY. The Store Director/Manager will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, coaching the staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, client retention, culture compliance, and maintaining a high standard of quality and integrity in all aspects of the business.
