TITLE: Java Full stack Developer

LOCATION: Irving, TX


WHO we’re looking for:


We are looking for a Java Full stack Developer Role who is responsible for full-stack development on everything from customer-facing web and mobile applications using some of the latest open-source frameworks, to highly available RESTful services, to back-end Java based systems and API development supporting databases and event-based platforms. Must have experience writing secure, scalable, and performant code in a cloud environment and be ready to design and build for a cloud agnostic global deployment.


Role and Responsibilities:

· Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge on developing, implementing, and supporting solutions using features of Java.

· Understands UI/UX vision and business goals, infrastructure, and environments.

· Participates in implementation of development standards processes by way of team and reviews.

· Advises on effort estimations for projects.

· Ensures the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements.

· Demonstrates knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles

· Contributes to the deployment process/standards for the project.

· Participates in the design discussions and development activity.

Required Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience

· 3-5 years’ experience with the following:

o Spring/spring boot-based Java Micro services

o Hands on coding experience with JAVA/C/C++ programming languages.

o Developing front end applications using Angular or NodeJS frameworks

o NoSQL databases preferably OracleDB/MongoDB

o Rx-Java, spring reactive and similar technology experience would be preferred.

o Implementation experience in building, logging & exception handling frameworks.

o AppDev Standards identification, creation, and adoption

o AppDev pain point resolution

o Patricipate in Issue Management System (MIMS) issue postmortem

o Resolving scaling and stability issues with Monolith to Microservice conversion

o Verification of partner and third-party software and API’s

· Banking/Financial domain experience is a plus

· Experience working with AWS ecosystem is a plus


Required Education:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience

· Masters Degree is a plus

· Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary due to the dynamic nature of collaborations with customers, vendors, and other engineering teams, solving complex business problems together.
