Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, highly talented, and creative Package Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, focusing on client briefs and researching categories to gain insights for new product development and strategy.



Experience Required: 4+ Years


Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and execute client briefs with a strong focus on new product development and strategy.

- Demonstrate expertise in graphic and package design, layout composition, problem-solving, and visual communication.

- Create high-resolution artwork, illustrations, and graphics for final print using Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Develop designs for various packaging structures, including tuck boxes, header boxes, window boxes, lithos, and belly bands.

- Apply knowledge of color and the print process, including 4+ color, flexo, rotogravure, and specialty printing techniques.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac, with strong keyboard command knowledge

-Experience with toy packaging and product design is a plus.

- Familiarity with arts and crafts is advantageous.

- Knowledge of photography and photo composition.

- Understanding of packaging dielines and structural design.
