Role Overview:

The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect at client is essential in designing and implementing security solutions for both Informational Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-stack Cybersecurity and its associated technologies, as well as experience in risk management and compliance with Cybersecurity standards.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Cybersecurity solutions architecture frameworks tailored to IT and OT security requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments based on National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) frameworks, identifying vulnerabilities and formulating robust mitigation strategies.
  • Design and implement security solutions that safeguard client's IT and OT infrastructure from cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with IT and OT teams to seamlessly integrate Cybersecurity measures across all technological domains.
  • Provide expertise in Cybersecurity frameworks and standards, particularly NIST.
  • Support Cybersecurity initiatives with a holistic view of the IT and OT ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Cybersecurity trends and technologies, focusing on full-stack Cybersecurity knowledge to continually enhance client's security posture.


Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in Cybersecurity solutions architecture.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Network and Identity and Access Management (IAM) across all 7 layers of Cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of Frameworks: Proficiency in NIST framework is required; familiarity with TOGAF, SABSA, and IEC-62443 is preferred (2 out of 3 required, all 3 is ideal).
  • Understanding of Gen AI: Basic knowledge of Generative AI is a must.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage security concerns across various technological platforms.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently while collaborating with IT and business departments.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Relevant Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
  • Additional knowledge of TOGAF, SABSA, and IEC-62443 frameworks to enhance the candidate's suitability for the role.
  • A formal education such as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is recommended but extensive experience and demonstrated expertise in Cybersecurity are also welcome.
