As the Director of R&D, you will lead culinary innovation and product development, enhancing current offerings and driving new concepts. Your strategic vision will identify long-term opportunities aligned with company goals. You will collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Procurement to create value-added solutions and support sales with technical expertise. Additionally, you’ll mentor the culinary team, source quality ingredients, and present market-driven strategies to leadership.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of R&D experience, with a minimum of 5 years in food and beverage product development; sauces, peppers, or tomato-based products.
  • Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and align them with strategic goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, or a related field; master’s a plus.
