Scrum Master

Day to Day:

• Insight Global's client is looking to bring on a mid-level Scrum Master. This position reports into the lead scrum master role within the IT delivery team. They will perform as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst on various product/project teams. As a Scrum Master, they will enforce the rules of Scrum, remove impediments, ensure delivery, and constantly improve standards of work. When needed, they will gather requirements and convert them in user stories for development teams. They will work with a geographically distributed and diverse teams. The successful candidate will be a strong servant leader with knowledge of SDLC and product delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Handling 1-2 initiatives/products
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner (Mid-Level)
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Seeing projects through all the way from requirements gathering to releases
• Put together a release plan, run plan, meeting recaps
• Agile development practices
• Scrum ceremonies, requirements gathering, user story writing, grooming and estimating
• Liaison between technical and non-technical people
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams
• Safe Experience
• Jira, Confluence, SQL, etc.

• Ideally previously a Developer
• They need to have a good technical background and understand/communicate technical language
• Cross functional coordination
• Understand products at hands on level to demo it and test it to provide expertise
