It is because we hire only the best and brightest to deliver this level of customer service; our employees drive our success. We are looking for Sales professionals with experience/exposure in Annuity or Life insurance to join our sales team and help support and further grow the business. 


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Annuity Sales Marketer. Essential job duties and responsibilities include:


  • Recruit licensed annuity and/or life insurance agents/producers to promote our end-to-end support, promote our carriers and their offerings to help the agents grow their business.
  • Provide administration, back-office support, marketing and case design; a dedicated resource for our insurance agents/producers to help them grow their business.
  • Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations.
  • Educate agents/producers on the products and marketing programs that we offer (new agent cash bonuses, incentive trips, agent referral program, agent retirement program, sales training & tools, etc.)
  • Work with licensed agents/producers across the country to determine appropriate product and/or financial strategy recommendations for their clients.


Although the role is located in Bedford, remote work is acceptable. This position is a base salary plus a quarterly bonus and commission plan.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of annuity products and retirement planning strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Prior experience with an insurance marketing group, insurance carrier, or a background in annuity sales is beneficial.
  • Experienced and comfortable with technology and able to demonstrate computer proficiency.
