Anova is looking for an experienced, high-performing revenue leader to develop, maintain, renew, and expand revenue-generating relationships with B2B enterprise technology, financial services, and healthcare firms.


What You’ll Do:


  • Drive the entire sales process, target top prospects, generate lead activity, identify solutions, and negotiate and close deals. Face-to-face time with prospects and clients is essential and expected.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Company’s sales goals, including new and existing accounts.
  • Manage sales activities both inbound and outbound, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the Company’s leadership and client engagement teams.
  • Present corporate presentations in support of sales, marketing, and client management efforts at industry conferences and trade events.
  • Contribute to the culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement; represent brand advocacy.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Proven B2B sales leadership experience, exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to position a B2B product / service offering against competitors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for the craft of salesmanship; Anova largely sells to sales leaders.
  • Player / coach mentality: the ability to take on a broad and evolving set of responsibilities in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment, whether executing or developing team members to execute.
