Our company specializes in commercial interiors, hospitality, entertainment, corporate workplace, retail, and financial institution projects. ADC is looking to hire a talented Project Manager who has experience in Commercial Architecture.Role DescriptionThe position is located in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. Candidates must demonstrate good communication and leadership skills, strong design abilities, ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in design and construction and maintain client relationships. You will work with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a remote work position; however, it may require traveling to project locations.Business development and oversee client relationsMeet with client in order to understand the client's program and objectivesResearch code requirements and ensure feasibility of design. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects that comply with code. Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needsPrepare construction drawings in RevitMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantPerform as-built verification, construction site visits and attend client meetings. May require travel.QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in architectureRegistered Architect is desired but not requiredProficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rendering Software, Adobe Creative Suite, MicrosoftLEED AP is a plusHighly self-motivated personality and ability to work remotelyExcellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, teammates, consultants, and contractorsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills5-10 years of experience working at a professional architecture firm and performing construction administration dutiesBenefits:Excellent Health Insurance (PPO not an HMO) - wholly paid by the firm Vision and Dental Insurance – minimal employee contributionProfit Sharing Paid vacation, sick time and holidays + your birthday offLaptop with docking station and dual monitors
