Elearning Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proficient eLearning Developer with a strong background in Learning Management Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline. This involves collaborating with a cross-functional team of designers, project managers, graphic designers, and IT professionals to ensure our eLearning initiatives align seamlessly with the broader organizational goals and educational strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging interactive eLearning modules utilizing Articulate Storyline.

- Collaborate with designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand learning objectives and tailor content accordingly.

- Implement multimedia elements, assessments, and simulations to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.

- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure consistency, functionality, and accessibility within all eLearning materials.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in eLearning development and localization.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with designers, project managers, graphic designers, and IT professionals for seamless integration of eLearning initiatives into our broader organizational goals and strategies.

Requirements:

- Substantial proficiency with Articulate Storyline.

- Basic experience with JavaScript and HTML is highly desirable.

- Strong sense of visual design and aesthetic.

- Solid background in working with Learning Management Systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
