Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assisting clients through various stages of the insurance selection process, including Life Insurance and Health Insurance Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client events, following up on leads, utilizing advanced quoting tools and sales platforms, and participating in specialized training. A commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the health insurance marketplace are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Life Insurance:

  • Follow up on life insurance leads generated or purchased by the agency.
  • Utilize quoting tools, sales platforms, and strategies to identify policies that best fit the needs of prospects and clients.
  • Learn and effectively use agency-supported marketing platforms.
  • Regularly participate in agency training sessions to master the software and enhance sales skills.

Health Insurance - Affordable Care Act Sales:

  • Assist individuals in selecting suitable health insurance plans from the marketplace, including short-term options.

Client Events

  • Coordinate and execute client events to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement referral programs specifically designed for client events.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception to all clients and prospects.


Time Commitment:

  • Regular Commitment: 4-5 days per week (30-40 hours) dedicated to performing the above tasks or learning ways to increase current production.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use various sales and marketing tools.
  • Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
