Job Summary

Lead and inspire our IT support team at our Latrobe location As our IT Manager, you'll be at the helm of network administration, help desk management, access control, information security, and cybersecurity. Your hands-on leadership will ensure smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations.

Knowledge | Experience | Skills

• BS in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as an IT Manager, adept at both technical tasks and personnel leadership with 5+ years in IT support.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LAN, wireless networks, network file and print servers is essential.
• Additional experience with MS Office, Crystal Reports, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage direct and indirect reports and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Help Desk Management: Oversee the help desk portal, assign tickets as needed, and manage the call rotation.
• User Support: Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues swiftly.
• System Rollouts: Assist with the implementation and upgrade of IT systems.
• Contract Management: Maintain support agreements, maintenance contracts, and ensure license compliance.
• Asset Management: Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and network resources.
• User Account Administration: Co-manage user accounts for internal and external IT systems.
• Consistency & Training: Ensure the consistency of corporate and regional information systems, specify end-user training needs, and coordinate with the Training Department.
• Staff Supervision: Lead and develop your direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
• External Coordination: Collaborate with outside support services when necessary.
• Procurement: Manage the purchasing of IT supplies to keep our operations running smoothly.
