The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and quality.


What will you do day-to-day?

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing direction and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and projects.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.


Who are you?

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, CRL) are a plus.
