We are currently seeking an On-Site IT Technician - 1st Shift:


Position Overview:


  • Install and support all IT hardware, including purchased and in-house software.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of system related issues.
  • Set up computer security measures.
  • Maintain and repair equipment.
  • Oversee a small team of technicians.
  • Perform system audits to ensure ongoing/efficient IT functionality within Operations.



REQUIRED:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years' relevant IT experience is required;
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
