Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HVAC Sales Leader at A.J. Celiano, Inc. The HVAC Sales Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with HVAC sales, including projects, service, and preventive maintenance agreements. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector, including projects and maintenance contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HVAC controls and their integration within commercial HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate proposals and solutions are provided to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with utility partners, understanding their requirements and ensuring compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred OR 10+ Years HVAC Sales Experience.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry, with a focus on projects and maintenance contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, including experience with building automation systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • HVAC certifications or licenses are a plus.
