Job Description: As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. You will assist with client demos, manage CRM updates, send prospecting emails, and contribute to our quality assurance efforts. This role is perfect for someone who has a knack for technology and excellent people skills.
As a video production company there are also opportunities for all staff to appear on camera if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with client demonstrations, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support sales initiatives.
- Develop and send out targeted prospecting emails to potential clients.
- Perform quality assurance tasks to review software updates before client demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- A good understanding of technology with a quick learning curve for new systems.
- Experience in sales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
