Responsibilities:
- Write and lead sections on technical, management, staffing/resumes, and past performance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop work approaches, experiences, win themes, and differentiators.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to draft and refine RFP-compliant content.
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content based on project requirements.
- Interview SMEs to develop relevant proposal sections.
- Highlight win themes in proposals to maximize scoring impact.
- Review storyboards and proposal sections to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Review and edit proposal deliverables.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Business Development team.
Education:
- College degree in a writing-related discipline (education can be substituted with relevant work experience).
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting proposals for federal government service contracts.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on writing experience for federal government service contract proposals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in information presentation.
- Ability to understand and articulate company capabilities effectively in proposals.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple proposals with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in reviewing, editing, and authoring compelling and persuasive proposals within tight deadlines and limited page counts.
- Familiarity with Information Technology and Training services for the federal government.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
